Recipe Box #1

4 eggs
1/2 C water
1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder

      Mix all ingredients together and fill Ableskiver hold about 3/4 full of batter/ When bubbly in the middle and slightly crisp on the edges use a fork to flip.

Critique:
   This was really good. Very light and fluffy mix. I wouldn't suggest filling the holes quite that full. About half is good for a begginer. There is an art to fliping an ableskiver. Videos to come to show you how!

  1. These little gems were AMAZING! Most recipes call for buttermilk, so you can make these with stuff from the frig! I especially liked the idea of putting a strawberry in the crevice... nummy
